What we keep, and why.

The quote form asks for your name, phone, email, city or neighbourhood, the service, quantities, approximate size, a preferred date, and any details you add. You also confirm that we may contact you about that request. We use it to reply, price the work, and schedule it.

The request is emailed to Royal Care Pro, and a confirmation is sent to the address you gave. It passes through our email provider for that delivery. Offer sign-up forms collect the name, phone, email, postal code, and notes you submit so we can follow up on that offer. We do not sell this information.

You can attach up to six photos of a room, carpet, or stain (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, 5 MB each). They travel with the quote email. We use them to understand the job. We do not publish them or use them in advertising unless you have agreed to that.

If you email info@royalcarepro.com, we use the message and any attachments to answer you and to carry out the work. Please don’t send sensitive documents we do not need. We keep that correspondence as ordinary email for the job.

Analytics is included only when a measurement ID is configured for this site. Google Analytics can then receive pages you view and general device and browser data, and Google may set its own cookies to tell visits apart. We use that to see which pages help people. If analytics is not configured, that data is not sent.

The consent bar stores Accept or Decline in this browser under the name royalcarepro-consent, so it does not keep asking. That value stays on your device. It records your preference. It does not, by itself, turn a measurement ID on or off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. We do not use this choice to advertise to you.

Email info@royalcarepro.com or call (514) 636-0081 if you want to know what a recent request included, correct it, or ask us to delete a message we no longer need for the job. Mail already sent can remain in an inbox until it is deleted there.
