Multiple openings. We are always looking for skilled technicians.
Join our field team delivering hot water extraction, upholstery care, and stain response for residential and commercial clients. This is hands-on work for people who care about the finish.
What you will do
- Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning to Royal Care Pro standards
- Set up, protect, and restore work areas with care and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with clients on-site and with the office team
- Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and represent the brand professionally
What we look for
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working on your feet
- Prior cleaning or trades experience is an asset. Training provided for the right candidate.

Be the calm, organized voice of Royal Care Pro. Handle calls, texts, and client communications while scheduling appointments based on team availability.
What you will do
- Answer calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments aligned with technician availability and service areas
- Coordinate client updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and flag urgent client needs to the team
What we look for
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & French
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with phones, messaging, and basic scheduling tools
- Calm under pressure and genuinely client-focused
